Refund Policy

Last updated: 21 May 2026

Straight version: if the Decoder doesn't help you, you get your money back. Below is the full detail so there is no surprise.

1. 30-day, no-questions refund on the Decoder Report

The Decoder Report ($39) comes with a full 30-day refund. No form, no justification, no interrogation. Email us at hello@decodemeno.com with the email address you used at checkout, and we refund you in full.

2. You keep your report

We do not claw back access. If we refund you and the Decoder still ends up being useful to you weeks later, that is fine. If it didn't help you when you bought it, we don't deserve to keep your money. And we also don't deserve to punish you by taking the report away.

3. Supplements (Starter Kit, Refill)

  • Unopened products. 14-day return window from the day you receive the parcel, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be sealed and in their original packaging.
  • Opened or used products. Handled case-by-case for genuine quality issues (damage, defects, allergic reaction). Email us with a photo and your order number.
  • Shipping costs. Outbound shipping is refunded only where the product was faulty or shipped in error. Return shipping is at your cost unless we asked you to return the item.

4. Subscriptions (Monthly Coach, Supplement Refill)

Cancel any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future charges. We do not refund the current billing cycle once it has started, but you keep access until the cycle ends.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@decodemeno.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  2. We confirm within two working days.
  3. The refund is processed within five working days, back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further few days to show it on your statement.

6. Statutory rights

Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by this policy. This policy is in addition to those rights and is intended to be more generous, not less.
