Terms of Sale

These terms apply each time you buy something from Decodemeno. By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or older and that you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

Decodemeno is operated by Matthieu Lasch trading as a sole trader. You can reach us at hello@decodemeno.com for any pre-sale or post-sale question.

2. What we sell

• Decoder Report, $39. A personalized digital report in 12 detailed sections, generated from your quiz answers and delivered in your own personal online dashboard. Educational information, accessible for life after purchase.
• Menopause Essentials Starter Kit, $49. Optional. A food-supplement bundle, fulfilled and shipped by our partner Supliful.
• Monthly Coach, $19 / month. Optional digital subscription giving you ongoing AI guidance and report refreshes.
• Supplement Refill, $49 / month. Optional auto-ship of the Essentials Kit each month, fulfilled by Supliful.

All add-ons are opt-in at checkout. Declining them never affects access to your Decoder Report.

3. Not medical advice

The Decoder Report and any add-on content are informational. They are not a substitute for individual care from a qualified clinician. Any decision about hormone therapy, medication, supplements or labs is between you and your doctor, menopause specialist or other regulated healthcare professional.

If you think you have a medical emergency, contact your doctor, call NHS 111, or in a life-threatening situation call 999.

Food supplements sold through Decodemeno are not medicines. They are not intended to treat or prevent any condition. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of children. They are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

4. Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must be a resident of a country we ship to: the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Union, Ireland, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, undergoing cancer treatment, or have a serious health condition, please speak to your clinician before buying or using any of our supplement products.

5. Purchasing and pricing

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in pounds sterling, US dollars or euros depending on your country. UK VAT at 20% is included where applicable for digital goods sold to UK consumers.

Your order is accepted once you receive the order confirmation email. If a price has been listed in error and the mistake is obvious, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Delivery

• Decoder Report. Digital. Delivered on the website and by email within five minutes of payment. If your report has not arrived after 30 minutes, please check your spam folder, then email us.
• Supplements. Shipped by Supliful from their fulfillment center. Typical delivery is 5 to 12 business days depending on destination. You will receive a tracking link.
• Subscriptions. Charged on the same day each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us.

7. Cancellation and statutory rights

UK consumers have a 14-day right to cancel most contracts under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For digital products that you have downloaded or accessed, that right ends once supply has begun with your consent, which you give at checkout when buying the Decoder. Our 30-day no-questions refund (see the Refund Policy) goes well beyond the statutory minimum.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, there is no future charge.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Decodemeno is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example lost income, loss of opportunity, or damages caused by reliance on educational information).

9. Intellectual property

Your Decoder Report, the Decodemeno site, the quiz, the brand and the content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. When you buy a Decoder Report, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to read, save and print it for your own use. You may not republish, resell or share it with third parties.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except that, if you are a UK consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
